Shipping policy

Processing Time: All orders are processed within 2–5 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day.

Domestic Shipping (United States):

• Standard Shipping: 5–10 business days
• Express Shipping: 2–4 business days

International Shipping:

• USPS International: 10–21 business days
• DHL Express International: 3–7 business days

Tracking: All orders include tracking. You will receive a tracking number by email once your order ships.

Customs & Duties:International orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, and taxes imposed by the destination country. These charges are the sole responsibility of the customer. Dwinell Jean-Louis is not responsible for delays caused by customs.

Lost or Stolen Packages:Dwinell Jean-Louis is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed as delivered by the carrier. Please contact your local carrier or file a claim directly.
